Was told my parcel would be delivered between 16.40-18.40 9/3/2022. It then came up my delivery was delayed. I took time off work to be in the house, costing me money and time. There was no further update. The message still read the same a.m. 10/3/2022. Contacted their live chat. No apology, no explanation other than I will be informed when the driver leaves the depot with it. This company sums up the work ethic of this country which is absolutely useless.
