Received a Parcel for someone else two towns away (Glencrofts?) - Contacted them by THE ONLY MEANS possible - Webchat (not sure how people who are not technically savvy are to do this!) & they did not seem to care in the slightest.

Nothing on their Website about "Misroute" "Misdirect" "Delivered to Wrong Address" etc.

But it's the poor soul who is expecting a delivered product who I genuinely feel sorry for who will no doubt fret & grasp at straws to find out what went wrong (wrong postcode!) & why they simply cannot get through to YODEL without a headache!
I have no idea what happens next! They did not ask for contact details, or advise if the driver is returning to collect, or what I am to do with a 4 x 4ft parcel & for how long! =O
Avoid like Covid!! Sing it from the rooftops.. or Yodel it or what ever! lol Capitalism WINS again!! XD
