Some things don't change, such as useless Yodel. I'm shocked that they (and Hermes) are still in business.
I moved from West Yorkshire to Hertfordshire.
New build flat with a clear address on the main street and yet, Yodel driver can't find it! DHL, ParcelForce, Royal Mail, UPS, and DPD had no issues.
It is supposed to be delivered on the 12th.
No emails, no phone calls. I checked the tracking number: "We need some more information about your address. Please chat with us." So I contacted CS via online chat (WOW!).
The guy said, "your address has been updated, please wait for the delivery", updated from what? how? why? Zero explanation.
Monday the 14th - nothing!
So I book time off work and rebook the delivery for Wednesday the 16th.
"Your parcel will be delivered between 14:56 and 16:56" - nothing! I checked the tracking yet again: "We need some more information about your address. Please chat with us." Jesus wept! I contacted CS again. "The driver couldn't find the address". Are you kidding me?!
Well done Yodel. You are the worst.
