It's a shame that I cannot give them a zero star rating.
According to the tracking, my mother's day gift arrived on the depot and was scheduled for delivery on 26/03/2022. More than twenty four hours later and past 8:36pm, the gift has not arrived and is still showing as being in the depot. Needless to say I am bitterly disappointed and shall avoid companies that use Yodel in the future.
