Absolutely disgraceful service! Paid for next day delivery for a suitcase for my dad and the delivery was dispatched by supplier on time and reached depot on time. Said out for delivery but the driver who I was tracking ALL day as my dads flight was literally the next morning took ages and when he got half way through his deliveries just took everything back to the depot and my “due to be delivered today” on the tracker changed to “thanks for choosing a different delivery date” WHICH I HADNT DONE!!! By this time it was 8pm there was nobody to contact and complain to and I had to pack my dads things in his broken suitcase for his flight the next morning. Absolute disgrace! Can not believe how unreliable this service was! I wish a company like Tripp would use a better courier service!!! God knows when it’ll actually come now but what’s the use?!
