Zero stars, tracking finally worked and said item had been delivered, No parcel delivered at the time stated, (we were in.) Contacted via web chat received and email saying they would investigate at the depot. Then a further email to say the driver had made an error and marked parcel as delivered but they were investigating this further and will get back to me via email. No info received and still no parcel! Don't use Yodel or buy from a company that uses Yodel as a delivery company!! Waist of time and money!
