Hi, I was waiting on a delivery of a parcel. It didn't come. When I contacted Yodel they informed me that they had indeed delivered it and with their device, which measures the longitude and latitude it was indeed delivered to my front door and that I should now contact the seller. More or less washing their hands of the delivery. To me the email insinuated that I was dishonest and that I had received the parcel. My suggestion was instead of using the special device, why not just ask the driver what house he delivered the parcel to. They sent me a photograph of the front door they delivered it to, as you have probably guessed not mine, so much for the special device. I had to drive around the houses this morning trying to track the parcel down, which I did. It was delivered to a one story cottage. My address states Upper Flat. That should have at least gave the driver the heads up that it was the wrong address. BUT NO. I know errors can occur, but when they tell you that you are in receipt of the goods when you are not, then I get annoyed, especially when they are not prepared to rectify the situation. I certainly would advise people not to use this company. Patricia
