I had two parcels delivered to a local SPAR store. The Collect+ machine wasn't working properly, so they could only give me one parcel and told me to contact Yodel/Collect+. That day I received an email thanking me for picking up both parcels. I have rang them 5 times in the past 10 days and all they say is someone from management will contact me in 48 hours, which they haven't. It's ten days since I tried to pick up the parcel. As far as everyone but me is concerned, they think I have the parcel, but it's still there. I'm going to have to pay for a pacrel I have never had!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE YODEL/COLLECT+.
