Yodel made me very unhappy and angry. My package was delivered at 08.46 this am. No card was left, the Jiffy bag contained the delivery note order summary, but the closing flap was 3/4 unstuck and the contents missing (a box of nutrient tablets). I spent hours trying to speak to someone, the driver was no help at all. I tried several different tel nos, but only got automated voices who avoided any relevant questions. Given E mail address was not recognised - so another dead end.
‘Customer Service’ is a joke - worst service ever. I would NEVER use again 👎👎
