Horrible service! Please avoid if you can!
I order a bicycle for a birthday gift of my Son. They was late to deliver but on the day of his birthday I recieved an message that parcel will be arriving that day. I took day off from work to make sure I get the parcel. I was looking at the map where the driver was (probably a mile away from my house) and suddenly got a message " Sorry we have missed you!" I went online to check what is happening and got in their live chat and they try to convince me that I missed my delivery and that the driver left me a calling card! That was a lie as I was looking trough the window at the front door throughout the whole time! It was so disappointing. They ensured me it will delivered next day. when I got the message I got a cup of coffee and I sat in front of my house! I cud see on the map showing the driver was in front of my house (but he was not) then I cud see he was gone far away. This time did not recieve any message nothing. I contact them and they said we are sorry there was issue with your package! What a joke! They now told me they will try again next day.
Please do not use this service go to any other company out there at least you will be able to speak to real person over the phone!
Never again this yodel! It's not the first time I had issues with them but it's the last time now!
