Yodel "Oh God No!"
Yodel now has a reputation of when you mention their name as a delivery company of your parcel, your first thoughts are "oh god no!".
It is a reputation well deserved, when a customer who works from home, leaves the door wide open waiting for a delivery with live tracking open in another internet tab, there is NO WAY!!! i could of missed this delivery yet surprise surprise, the update on the live tracker says "we missed you, you were not in, we left a calling card" both of these points are lies, i was in the whole time, and no calling card was left. On chasing this up with Customer Service 5 minutes later i was greeted with scripted responses and when i asked for it to be escalated to management i was ignored and the rep was quick to end the conversation. Yodel this is appalling customer service and you should be ashamed of yourselves, if my staff gave service like this they'd be under review straight away. On looking at the other reviews here it seems im not the only one victim to this and i hope other companies check out the customer reviews on your delivery service and think twice before taking out contracts with you.
