Yodel has consistently sent messages saying my package was "handed to the resident". I have lost 3 packages in the last week. I took screenshots via their own app and proved the delivery driver was 2 miles from my home at the time he apparently " handed" me the package. I'm now awaiting the third replacement bottle of wine from the wine Company. I have asked them not to use yodel for my deliveries or I will have to cancel my wine subscription with them.
I hope they put a tracker in the third replacement package and catch the thieves who 'disappear' so many packages.
Yodel is by far the worst delivery service ever. Customer service is non-existent.
