Tracked my parcel to 2 stops away. I then got a message saying I needed to contact them to answer a query about my address. You cannot get through to speak to a human. Web chat eventually informed me that the driver could not find my property ! I live in an ordinary house in an unremarkable road. I have had a delivery from another company this morning who managed to find the house !
As I could not speak to Yodel I had to contact the company who I made the purchase from, who in turn had to liaise with the third party supplier who dispatched the parcel.
Didn’t really get any resolution other than Yodel will try again tomorrow ! They now know the colour of my front door ! Why that is important I don’t know. Is it too much to expect a delivery person to read the door number.
I have a lot of parcels delivered as well as occasional take away meals. Yodel are the only ones who cannot find my house. They really need to get their house in order. They are a complete disgrace.
