I started following the tracking on my delivery 15 minutes from latest delivery time and I was next on the schedule. I continually logged on for 45 minutes with same status until suddenly it changed to driver had attempted delivery and was return parcel to depot. This is a lie on 2 counts 1) No delivery was attempted....I was in all day and 2) the parcel stated that a customer signature was not required so IF they had tried to deliver it would have been left not returned to depot. And there is no contact of when delivery would be retried.......I suspect this delivery has either been lost or 'acquired' ....this has to be the worst delivery company in existance
