Hopeless company.
Tracking says parcel delivered to safe place front porch.I do not have a front porch.
Checked neighbours,outside & nothing.
No point phoning as when you type in tracking it tells you parcel has been delivered.
Web chat is hopeless as they can only tell you what tracking says.
