Yodel set to deliver on Friday. Claimed to have come to my house on Thursday (I was in all day) but driver was told I had moved so Yodel returned the parcel to sender. I have lived here for over 25 years and none of my neighbours would tell them this. It is a fairy story. Unable to to talk to anyone at Yodel except on web chat. All the customer service operative could do was repeat the fairy story that was displayed on the tracking web page.
Now waiting for another parcel that was promised for today (18th Nov). Now not expected until 23rd Nov. Yodel have had the package since 6th Nov.
I'll not shop with any company that uses Yodel in future.
