Ordered an item and, hand up for my own mistake - I mistyped my postcode. No worries, Yodel contacted me advising they needed more info to post it and I updated the address by webchat on the 15th.
Imagine my shock when I get an email on the 20th saying it's been returned to seller.
Again I contacted yodel who reiterated, I didn't update my address.
"It's on your website, time stamped 10:47 on 15th November 'thank you for updating the delivery details we'll get this to you soon'"
Apparently that's an error as they have no record of my updated address, despite their website saying I did, and the chat log from the woman I spoke with saying she's updated it.
I wish I could give you 0.
