Ordered goods and paid for a quick delivery, almost a week on and I still don't have the goods. Been told it's not their problem and to speak to the retailer to sort it out. Following an email from Yodel, I have been waiting all day for the delivery as it has to be signed for. Now been told it's in some hub somewhere in the UK no one can actually give me any information about where my item is and when I might actually see it - if ever .....
