Yodel delivery drivers are notorious for dumping parcels outside and marking them as delivered.
I suspect it happens due to the amount of pressure they are put under.
My parcel that was dumped outside and marked as “delivered” is now missing in action.
Yodel take no responsibility for this as driver marks as delivered and his van shows he was near my property and online seller takes no responsibility either.
Yodel seem to be the only company that operate like this. This is the third time in a few years. Last time I lost £150 of batteries and this time I will be out of pocket of £20.
Yodel are in no way interested in helping. When contacted they just send a generic email saying driver was recorded in my area which of course is useless as I already know that.
When online sellers state who they use to deliver I always body serve Yodel for this exact reason but again I have been stung.
