I ordered some wine on 25th Nov. The first box was not delivered due to "extreme pressure at the depot".
After contacting them several times it was sent back to the wine company. One day later I had a delivery, opened the parcel and it was full of children's toys. Got in touch with Yodel again who just kept saying “check with your neighbours it is showing as being delivered".
No matter how hard I tried, they did not understand. All very stressful. I will not be ordering from any company that uses Yodel in the future. They are beyond dreadful.
I have replied to Yodel giving them all of the information they require, including a photograph of todays wine delivery supposedly left in our porch and clearly just left on our front drive in full view. I look forward to their response.
