I don’t own a ‘front porch’ so it could
never be an option as a ‘safe place’ but Yodel seem to think dumping a parcel at the front door as a ‘front porch’ and falsely stating that was my request . It was at risk of being pinched, not to mention being exposed to the elements. Poor attitude & service Yodel!
