AVOID IF YOU CAN - Not fit for purpose!
How difficult is it for a parcel delivery company to ... deliver parcels?
The webchat and phone lines are all based in India - and I take exception when someone in a call centre on the other side of the world tells me to be patient implying that you're being unreasonable. So patronising!
Yodel state a delivery window of 3-5 days. Mine was due a month ago, tracking says today, but this has happened in the past and then suddenly switches to next day when it's 9pm and still however many stops away.
Unfortunately, you're not even top of the list the following day, so you spend another day babysitting the door as they either leave somewhere totally unsecure or take it away so you have to rearrange and the circus starts all over again.
I usually make every effort to avoid YODEL, but when Idon't always have the option. I have never had a parcel delivered undamaged and/or on time.
This organisation should be utterly ashamed of how incompetent it is.
