I am sad to join the chorus of those that say that 1 star is too good for Yodel. Yodel unfortunately is one of the primary delivery options for some items. There are some delivery drivers that are friendly and respect the fact that instructions have been provided and are POSTED to not leave packages in the lobby of the apartment building where items can be stolen. Despite this, there are other drivers who ignore both the instructions and posted signs and when items are stolen, Yodel customer service sticks to a party line that "item was delivered to the correct address per Sat Nav" - I'm not disputing it was delivered to the correct address, I'm disputing it was delivered to the correct location. In fact the very images that they provide PROVE that the items were left in the incorrect places, often the very sign saying not to leave an item is IN THE PHOTO. Its utterly disgraceful. More infuriating is the consistent push by their so-called "customer service" to check with family or neighbors, because clearly you haven't thought of that before raising an issue. Even assuming I hadn't, the fact remains that the delivery was left where it was not suppose to be left and there is rarely an apology yet alone any ownership of the fact that their drivers do not properly deliver items per instructions/posted signs.
