I wish I could give Yodel no stars.
I order wine from Laithwaites on a fairly regular basis. I also suffer from osteo arthritis so the cases have an instruction on them that they have to be left outside my Flat door which is on the first floor. Alas on Friday this was ignored and the case was left in the lobby. I rang the complaints line and was told that he would be made aware of his mistake. I expected that he would return and put the matter right But no. It was suggested that someone else in the Flats could carry it upstairs for me. I pointed out when I made a mistake I expected to correct it myself. I have rung the complaints line and spoken to Yongama and Yonela among others in an attempt to get Yodel to put the matter right and have had the phone put down on me a number of times. I now await a call from a manager but I'm not holding my breath. I now intend to contact Laithwaites to cancel and re-order the wine which will make even more work for Yodel. What a bunch of cowboys.
