Said they delivered, but did not. Web chat confirmed that delivery destination was different to my address based on GPS, so they’d have to interview the driver. Driver said he delivered to my hallway (he didn’t) and after this they refused to believe I didn’t have my parcel. Photo used by driver is not of my house, I don’t know whose house it is. Driver never left a note saying which house/ neighbour it was with. Still don’t have it. Yodel useless to the point of rude on webchat with their refusal to answer questions and just keep parroting misinformation back.
