Yodel are the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I waited over 2 weeks for a parcel that never arrived. The app is rubbish, updates just kept saying the driver had experienced a short delay and to check back for updates. The live chat is pathetic, it's just embarrassing and you can't speak to anyone which is so frustrating. I contacted the company where I'd ordered from and apparently Yodel lost my parcel and I was promised a new order would be delivered ASAP. I'm still waiting with the same updates as before. Ended up opting to collect from my local store which defeats the whole object of ordering something for delivery. Yodel are definitely a delivery company right? I haven't ever received a parcel from them. I would be overjoyed if they could do us all a favour and just cease trading!
