Parcel was agreed and due on 17th May. Parcel was at the depot on 16th May and no update since then. Used chat line who could not provide ETA and suggested that I used app for tracking???. I had to contact the retailer for either replacement or refund. Retailer has now started a return with Yodel. Don't understand why retailers use such a poor delivery service. Retailer sent a replacement on Friday before 12 and it's due for delivery by DVD today Saturday. Well done DPD and retailer. No stars and atrocious service from Yodel. Do not use if you have a choice.
