Yodel app stated ‘Out for Delivery’ on Thursday morning. Since then, no update and no parcel.
I spoke with Customer Services on Friday morning - ´very sorry sir, it’s on the van for delivery today’. Result: nothing delivered and app still stating ´Out for Delivery’ with Thursday’s date.
I spoke again with Customer Services on Saturday - ´sorry it’s been mislaid- please contact your seller’.
Not only does this company lose parcels, it waits until you contact them to tell you. Poor service- avoid .
