There should be a zero☆ option. My parcel from Italy was tracked and for 3 days was "out for delivery" but it never arrived. It is totally impossible to speak to anyone at Yodel and I was eventually told that as the delivery driver hadn't been able to get access to our property (we have a Ring doorbell so not true) I would now have to go to the depot 25 miles away the following week during working hours to collect my parcel and take the card that the driver never left because they never tried to deliver it. I then got phone calls from the depot on the Monday and Tuesday saying the parcel had still not arrived at the depot, then on the Wednesday I was called again to tell me that my parcel was now officially classed as "lost in post" and they would inform the seller. They haven't done this, and have said they can't send me an email to confirm this. Now they are claiming that the parcel is logged as "returned to sender". So they're now saying that they found my lost parcel and decided that rather than deliver it to my house 25 miles away, the much easier and cheaper option was to send it back to Italy. The most frustrating thing is that I didn't choose to use YODEL and probably will have their incompetent services forced upon me again in the future unless more in hope than expectation, sellers stop using this cowboy outfit.
