Yet again a supplier on Amazon has sent me an item by Yodel. Yet again Yodel have lost it. Same old story, delivery has been delayed (we have lost it), it should be with you in the next few days ( you stand no chance), you can apply for a refund ( we don't care, it's the supplier's problem).
