Seems all very familiar reading other complaints on here.
Waited 3 times for delivery, each time given new delivery dates....twice at midday suddenly appeared on app driver is delayed & then nothing. Did a webchat, very helpful at saying all the right things, but again still waiting for my parcel.
First experience at such a shoddy experience & now wait from the seller to see if they can help further escalate this for me.
