I honestly dont know why companies still use Yodel, I suppose its price. I am still waiting for 3/4 parcel deliveries 2 of them should of been here between 1-5 Dec the other supposedly was delivered on 11 Dec, I have CCTV covering the front and back of the house I went through the whole days recording and there was one delivery and that was the postman I was told by the sender that Yodel have photos that the driver had taken.
I been told of this con before they use a step put the parcel on it and take a photo then take the parcel back, fortunately Amazon are giving me a full refund.
And the yodel tracking site is rubbish its either down for maintenance or no updated tracking info.
