Yodel decided to 'hold my parcel at the depot' and not tell me. They then claimed this was 'done at the customer's request. I did not request it at all, and they refused to tell me where the request came from and even ignored the questions.
Customer service told me repeatedly, including from a manager, that my parcel would be with me today. I got back in touch when that didn't happen and they said it would actually be tomorrow. they refused to address the fact that i had proof the agent and manager lied to me. The agents AND MANAGEMENT seemed quite happy with lying to me openly and in writing, and I still have no parcel. This company is appalling and their customer service even more so.
