Firstly what is the point of giving you the delivery change option , when it’s completely ignored and delivered on a completely different day you’ve NOT asked for, without any notification .
Then because we weren’t in , was returned to sender .
On trying to retrieve my parcel , yodel ignored my sender for two days !!.
Taking the situation into my own hands,
I tried ringing the help line which is useless!!
Just cuts you off after stating it’s returned to sender.
I tried the web chat , after being told it was returned to sender, then got cut off yet again .
After another attempt contacting the web chat I was told it was the incorrect details even though they were the same details I gave the first and second time .
Totally useless !!!
My order has been resent by the sender using a different courier service .
I will be reluctant to ever use yodel again !!!!!
