No one came into the building and then the update disappeared. No slot no failed delivery I do waste my time with companies like Yodel. Idid not know that laithwaites use Yodel I have never had a positive experience with you Take your order back and refund me. I will go back to Virgin their wines are not as good but their delivery service is honest and reliable I took the day off work for this. I am away for Christmas and needed some of these wines for presents. I have complained to Laithwaites and want a response from them I am disgusted
