Why do suppliers use this excuse of a company, the parcel l ordered was posted to the wrong address, they showed a picture of a wooden door with silver letter box, my front door is glass and the metal postbox is at the rear of the premises, Yodel have agreed that they posted parcel through wrong letter box, the supplier has seen the pictures but still says because Yodel app says parcel has been delivered l have received the parcel they have taken Yodels word and that l have received the parcel, got in touch with Yodel asking for email confirming that they posted through wrong address, was told it could take 7-14 days because of a backlog of emails needing processed.
