My parcel has been waiting at my local collection point for three days and after three days of trying every avenue to get a collection code from them which they haven't sent me, I can't get my parcel with my name on it which i have paid for. This is the third time with this company this has happened. You can't communicate with them. When you email your email address to them to get your tracking number, it says...."Sorry, this is not available right now. Try later". I have.....15 times since yesterday (29th Feb), still getting same answer! Called a number and got an automated service as follows...."Do you have a card with a long number at the top?, answer "No". "Do you have a tracking number which normaly starts with J ......"No". The answer i got...."Sorry we can't help you right now. Thank you for calling Yodel".!!! This service is SHOCKING!!!!!
