I have been waiting for a consignment in which Yodel collected on the 12th.April 2024 and it still has not been delivered. This service is disgraceful.
My second consignment which should have been delivered on the 20th. April 2024
and guess what! still has not been delivered.
I now have to go back to the senders and request a duplicate order to be sent by another carrier. Cheap is not always the way to go, you end up with lies and deceit
and after all of that, still no delivery. Senders should check into the viability of the Company before using them.
