What went wrong? Everything. I’m sick and tired of waiting around for Yodel. I work full time, I’m a mum, a pet owner and I have commitments, so when Yodel tell me my parcel will be delivered within a specific timeframe and they simply don’t show up then everyone in my house is affected because I can’t get on and do anything because I’m waiting for the doorbell.
