Not even deserve one star. My parcel didn’t arrive as stated on the tracking status, only after delivery time did a message showed up asking me to contact them to confirm my address. Then they promised to deliver on the next day. Parcel still didn’t arrive, the agent again promised the parcel would arrive the next day. Again the parcel didn’t arrive. I chatted with them again, another promise that the parcel would arrive the next day. Next morning I did receive an email telling me the exact time slot the parcel would arrive. I waited at home during that time slot and suddenly got an email saying the parcel was delivered to an address only saying “unit 2”. But there is no unit 2 in my avenue and no. 2 of our avenue is currently vacant. They said they would investigate, but then they only repeated they delivered the parcel to unit 2. The parcel was missing and I have no choice but to ask for the seller for a refund.
The second time is now that I bought something from eBay and the parcel which was sent out on Tuesday was supposed to arrive last Friday or Saturday as shown in the tracking status. Today the parcel is still missing and no idea when or whether it will arrive at all. It is more than a week already.
