I have had 10 out of 12 deliveries dissapear through Yodel. Only two I received I forced collection from the local sorting office. They had been opened. It is at a point with thousands of negative reviews that the company must consider that widespread theft is happening. The amount of banned items that they won't cover as well is hillarious, nearly nothing is covered, carte blanche to steal what they want. Oh... that was an admission from two separate shift managers, apparently many drivers are self employed and there is no accountability. Managers in Gateshead in two locations have openly expressed that their drivers steal products and there is nothing done about it. I literally sat in their office with a coffee while they were telling me this... Crazy
