Delivery attempted 30/05/24. Not in.
Requested redelivery to my local Yodel store. Received email confirmation of this on 31/05/24
On 05/06/24 still not redelivered to local Yodel store, so chased it up with live chat day, who said it would be there by 9pm that evening.
Instead of notifying me it had arrived, Yodel sent me an email in the evening, stating that they were unable to deliver my parcel, and were returning it to the sender (Molton Brown)!
Shocking service. I have strongly recommended Molton Brown to stop using Yodel, and stick to DPD.
BTW, Yodel are the only courier I am aware of, that don’t allow you to specify a “safe place” delivery option. This is another major deficiency with Yodel.
