An absolute shambles of a company and service centre (GLASGOW).
Ordered a parcel online and requested delivery on Saturday 8th June, waited in all day only to receive a message saying they had tried to deliver it. I contacted Yodel directly to explain that this was incorrect as I had waited in all day for it, they then told me that the driver had infact gone to the wrong address and was nowhere near my home when they 'tried to deliver it'. Fast forward another week - rescheduled the deliver for the following Saturday 15th June - this time as i was unavailable my dad agreed to sit in and wait for it..... guess what! NO delivery again! Contacted Yodel again! and this time there was a problem in the Glasgow delivery centre which meant parcels werent being distributed on Saturday! They then decided to take matters into their own hands and try and deliver my parcel on Monday when i 1.) didnt request it and 2.) wasnt available !
The customer service advisors could also do with a lesson on dealing with requests - i'm not asking for futile apologies but bearing in mind that it's not the customers fault wouldnt go a miss! An absolute shambles of a courier - avoid if you can.
