I need to warn everyone about my awful experience with Yodel. This has been one of the worst delivery services I’ve ever dealt with.
My package was supposed to arrive in early June. It's now the end of the month and I'm still waiting. The initial delay was because they got my address wrong, which wasn’t my fault. It took two weeks of me constantly reaching out to get the address updated. Each time I contacted them, it felt like I was hitting a wall – no one seemed capable of fixing the problem.
Even after the address issue was finally sorted out, there have been endless delays. They kept promising me updates within 24 hours, but nothing ever changed. I've now been waiting nearly a month for a package that should have arrived weeks ago.
Yodel’s service is absolutely terrible. Their communication is poor, and they just can’t seem to deliver on their promises. If you value your time and sanity, avoid using Yodel at all costs. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Choose a different delivery service – any other company has to be better than this.
