Absolutely rubbish service. Even when giving them the exact location by using What3words they still deliver to the wrong place. At my farmhouse there are three signs giving my name. One on a set of large gates, one on a tree and another at the path leading to my door. When I got a parcel delivered to the wrong address the customer chat service does not give a monkey. They are not interested in recovering the parcel and delivering to the right address. Pathetic. I have security cameras which show that no delivery was made. Yodel don't care. On three occasions I have had this happen. I now ask every on line seller I intend to buy from, if they use Yodel. If they do I don't buy from them. Not fair on the seller, but the hassle when Yodel gets involved is not worth it.
