3rd time yodel has lost my delivery and regardless of what the tracking say - "We have it", when speaking to them on the live chat they say they haven't received it yet and to return to the sender. Sender confirms they had it 5 days ago which is backed up by their tracking information yet they still deny having it. A call from the sender to a person has confirmed that the parcel has been misplaced yet again. 6 days past delivery date.. I will NEVER use yodel or a business that chooses to dispatch their products with these clowns. No help what so ever and generic robotic responses from agents adds nothing but frustration to the situation. DO NOT USE YODEL!!!!
