yodel had my package for a few days and i had no updates about when it would be delivered so i went on their chat for help, they told me they have not received any parcels yet when i clearly have an email from the sender and yodel saying they have it and then their website says they have it.
And then 2 weeks later yodel let us down again by "attempting" to deliver a package yet both of my ring cameras clearly state otherwise, honestly the most useless and unhelpful company you can use its a shame i dont get to pick what company my deliveries come with
