If I could give zero I would. The driver claims he couldn't find the property. Their tracking service clearly shows the correct vicinity of the property. If he had stopped his van & got out of it, he would clearly see the signs to my property. I waited in all morning for this package as it has to be delivered in person. I contacted the chat line 10 mins after 'failed delivery' & after loads of platitudes they said it will be delivered next day. All other courier companies can find my property. I will not order now from anyone that uses Yodel. No customer service, nothing beyond provided, simply we can not deliver it so you have to wait in another day.
