Yodel are terrible ... not for the first time. I was supposed to receive a ticked package from Virgin Media yesterday. Yodel had tracking details telling me it was arriving between 2pm and 4pm . Nothing. That evening the out for delivery disappeared and has not been updated since. Contacted webchat and "spoke" to an agent who clearly spoke very little english and who told me it would be out for delivery today. Nope.
Needed package today before going away. That won't happen so I guess they will have to return to sender.
