Yodel is absolutely the worst of them all.
The "friendly" chat team asks you politely to sit and wait patiently as days go by, and your parcel isn't being delivered. I shop online quite a lot, and now I don't buy from retailers using Yodel as they are absolutely the worst. Not reliable at all, completely useless.not once have they delivered within given time frame. It's time to retire, Yodel.
